Just select the "Self Pick-Up & Drop-Off" option when booking and we'll coordinate a convenient time. This is a great option for customers who want to save on delivery or prefer more flexibility with timing.
Yes! We deliver clean totes to your current address before your move, and pick them up from your new address once you're done unpacking. You never have to haul them anywhere.
Every rental includes 2 full weeks. If you need more time, just reach out — we're flexible and happy to extend your rental for a small additional fee.
Always. Every set of totes is fully cleaned and disinfected after each rental. You receive fresh totes — no used cardboard smell, no mystery stains.
These totes are industrial-grade — they're very hard to damage with normal use. In the rare case something is lost or damaged beyond normal wear, we'll discuss a fair replacement fee at pickup.
Delivery and pickup are completely free within 10 miles of Tigard. For addresses farther out, we add a small long-distance fee to cover the extra driving time and gas — we'll always let you know the exact amount before confirming your booking, so there are never any surprises.
